Football Camp

Players are expected to bring a helmet and shoulder pads from their respective schools, as well as shorts, T-shirts, cleats, sneakers, lunch, & water bottle.

About the Director
Jeremy Bandy, Head Varsity Football Coach at Worcester Academy, had over 20 years of coaching experience at the collegiate level. He has worked at some of the top academic institutions in the Northeast and has won numerous conference championships at the Division 1 level.

8:45 am Check In at Gaskill Field Offensive Practice 9:00 am – Warm-Up and Stretch 9:10 am – Individual Drills 9:50 am – Small Group Drills 10:20 am – Pass Skeleton / Inside Run 10:45 am – Team vs. Air 11:00 am – Specialists: Kicking, Snapping, Field Goal, Xtra Point 11:30 am – Review and Stretch 12:00 pm – Lunch Defensive Practice 1:00 pm – Warm- Up and Stretch 1:10 pm – Individual Drills 1:45 pm – Tackling Technique 2:10 pm – Specialist: Punt, Punt Return 2:25 pm – Small Group Drills 2:50 pm – Team Drills 3:00 pm – Team Pursuit 3:10 pm – Team vs. Team 3:00 pm – Pick Up Please note that camp has 11:00 am Pick-up on Thursday.
